Happy New Year, Moonbeams!

🌟 Step into my magickal realm (aka my blog) as we embark on a journey through the New Year. Honestly, I don’t like to hype the Gregorian calendar New Year up a lot, but it is a collective energy, and I do like to choose a word that can be a compass and guide for the actions and habits I set into place for this coming year.

My chosen word of the year is CONSISTENCY. I am ready to consistently show up for myself and my dreams. What about you?

Setting the Stage: A Word of the Year Ritual

Choosing a word of the year is like selecting the wand that will guide your magickal journey. For me, it's about weaving consistency into the fabric of my long-term goals and visions. Not an instant gratification spell, but a gradual enchantment, focusing on 1 or 2 goals at a time, nurturing them as I nurture myself along they way.

Health is Wealth: Building a Strong & Healthy foundation for my Body and Soul

Drinking 64 ounces of water a day may seem like a mere sip in the vast ocean of goals, but trust me, it's a stretch for this magical being.
3-4x strength training a week: I am ready to feel strong and lose the baby weight once and for all! I know it won’t be an overnight thing, but I am ready to be consistent and see where this year takes me!
Plant-based meal prepping with a focus on protein: I am already vegan, but if I am planning to build muscle protein is a must, I am going to shoot for 100g a day… wish me luck!

Other personal goals of mine:

Reading one book a month may seem like a modest quest, but when we break it down, it's a daily journey into different realms, right? I just need to get back in the habit of reading everyday. I am reading Fourth Wing with my sister right now and I like it so far!
Spending 1 on 1 quality time with my kiddos and my hubby, because connection is everything. I am excited to share more magick with my babies and stay present in the moment with them.
For me, I want to add more glamour magick into my non-existent beauty rituals because it sounds fun! And maybe it will make me use the serums and lotions that are just gathering dust in my medicine cabinet.

No substack here! I want to nurture and build my blog on my website because this is my realm in the interwebs. Weekly blog posts and newsletters are making a comeback – no fluff (ok maybe some fluff) or substack, just pure magical storytelling. Join me in rediscovering the whimsy of old-fashioned blogging.
