Chakra Cleanse: Day Six
Happy Friday and the Sixth day of the Chakra Cleanse!

This is a holistic mind body Spirit cleanse for each of your seven main energy centers, or the chakras!
Each day we will focus on a new chakra and cleansing practices and activities for your mind body and spirit!
Don't feel you have to do all these activities all at once unless that feels really good to you! Choose one or two intuitively that sound really yummy and go with that! Listen to the intuitive wisdom of your body and lightbody!
On Friday, the day of Venus, the Goddess of love we're focusing on the love center, or Heart Chakra of course!
The Heart Chakra is a bridge between the lower chakras and the higher chakras. This is where the higher chakra energies and the lower chakra energies merge and circulate throughout your whole entire body. The heart pumps all the blood and nutrients to every part of your body in every cell, so the Heart Chakra is the PowerHouse that circulates all the different energies and the frequecies of love and abundance throughout your whole entire body as well.
With everything that is going on within the world it's hard not to have your heart broken every fucking day right now. So we're going to treat ourselves with love and compassion. Your Heart Chakra is overloaded, so it's time to ease and soothe your aching Heart.
Chakra Cleanse: Mind
A Grateful Heart
Nothing stimulates and activates your Heart Chakra more than focusing and expanding on gratitude.
Write down 10 things you are grateful for in your life that is happening right now.
For extra manifestation juju, write down 10 things you are grateful for that are happening in your future right now. Write them in the present tense.
Place your hands on your heart center and close your eyes feeling this gratitude circulate through your whole body. Imagine shimmering gold pink and green light circulating and expanding your heart chakra and then say your loving affirmations in this state of being.

You are a Green Goddess!
Eat Your Greens. Focus on green salads and smoothies and all the living green plants today. We're obviously going to keep it goddess themed for Venus!

Rose Quartz Water for your Heart Chakra
Rose Quartz is safe to place in your drinking water! If you want to add any other pink or green crystals do your research and make sure they are safe. My motto is, when in doubt, leave it out! You can always place the crystals around your glass or bottle.
Charge your crystal with your intentions for your Heart Chakra… hold it over your Heart center and imagine filling your Rose Quartz with loving energy. Place the crystal in your water and let it charge for at least 30 minutes. I like to charge the water overnight and drink it first thing in the morning while I say my Heart Chakra affirmations! Keep refilling your water throughout the day and see how Rose Quartz water feels for you!
I love using my Vitajuwel Inu Water bottle! I love how I can replace the crystals so easily from the bottom of the glass bottle and I don’t have to worry about using certain crystals since it never technically touches the water! You can use whatever crystals you want! I have a lot of mini crystal chips that work so easily for this bottle, but there is even room for bigger tumbled stones, so you can use your own!
Chakra Cleanse: Spirit
ROSE QUARTZ REPROGRAMMING FOR THE HEART CHAKRA
Allow the subtle heart-opening energies of Rose Quartz help you reprogram patterns of self-defeat & self-sabotage within your subconscious as you sleep. When your subconscious gets reprogrammed everything shifts.
Sleep with your Rose Quartz on your Heart Chakra and set this intention (or something similar) before you sleep.
Say this aloud with your crystal and hands over your Heart center:
"As I sleep tonight, my subconscious is open & receiving new loving patterns and stories that shape me into the Goddess I am. My subconscious knows how beautiful, abundant, loving, and powerful I am. My subconscious knows I am worthy of all the wealth and beauty and love this life is offering me. My subconscious says yes to these new stories of love and abundance. I am creating the life I can't wait to wake up to each day."
Close your eye and know deep with your heart, you are loved and you are worthy of love. Love is your birthright.
You are LOVED. You are HELD. Your Heart is tuning into the frequencies of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.
